celebration for each client. She has more than a decade of experience, ranging from large
conventions to fabulous parties and weddings. Kim has personally designed this new facility,
Villa St. Clair, and assembled an outstanding staff in order to provide you with superb, world
class service on your special day.

Ms. Voelker possesses a unique combination of creativity and attention to detail that enables
her to translate her client’s vision into a stunning reality. A wide variety of educational experiences
including a BS in Nutrition from TAMU, an Associate’s Degree in Floral Design and an
Apprenticeship with Elm Ridge Events have all prepared her for success as an event planner.
