On September 25th, 2015 Taylor Berry and Patrick O’Reilly tied the knot to become Mr. and Mrs. O’Reilly. The ceremony took place in Villa St. Clair’s beautiful outdoor European-style garden. Their theme was elegant and classy, with tones of gold, champagne, and ivory. From the bride’s whimsical bouquet to the sparkly centerpieces in the reception hall, this wedding was unforgettable.

Taylor’s dress featured hand-sewn beads and a sweetheart neckline. Patrick could not stop smiling while he was waiting for his bride to walk down the aisle, and he was beaming when the doors opened to reveal Taylor and her father.  The bridesmaids wore champagne beaded dresses, and the groomsmen looked flashy in their black suits. The flower girl stole the guest’s hearts with her adorable champagne and silver dress.

The couple’s choice of flowers really added beautiful details to the wedding. Taylor’s bouquet was a unique blend of deep rich jewel tone colored hydrangeas, berries, cocks comb, dahlias, and fiddlehead ferns! The bridesmaids’ bouquets were wrapped in gold and had different shades of medium pink and burgundy, featuring different textures and flowers. The five groomsmen had a classic deep red rose boutonniere, and the flower girl tossed an array of rose petals. Overall, the mix of flowers was perfect to compliment their gold and ivory theme.

After the two were united in marriage, guests enjoyed bruschetta during the cocktail hour. Once Mr. and Mrs. O’Reilly made their grand entrance into the ballroom, dinner was served. The delicious meal featured caesar salad to start, followed by chicken parmesan, meatballs with marinara, and penne pasta. Pasta lovers rejoiced for the array of choices! But soon, the attention shifted to the happy couple and the maid of honor for her lovely speech, as she wished Taylor and Patrick nothing but happiness. The best man’s speech had everyone laughing and reminiscing on how the couple met in high school and have been inseparable ever since. Then, the father of the bride gave a short and sweet speech before the couple had their romantic first dance. The dance floor was opened up to guests, and everyone danced to a mix of classic and modern songs! It was then time for the cake to be cut. The couple chose a tasty three-tiered classic white cake that also coordinated with the flowers used in the wedding. As a way to remember the special night forever, there was a fabulous photo booth where guests could choose from an array of props and take shots with their family and friends! Time flew by and before we knew it, it was time for the newlyweds to exit in a shower of sparklers.

It was our pleasure to coordinate these high school sweethearts’ wedding, and the evening was surely one to remember! Congratulations Taylor and Patrick. The team at Villa St. Clair was so happy to be a part of your special night!
