Jessica Chevrefils Bradley was born and raised in a small town outside of Montreal, Canada until the age of 10. In 1995, the Chevrefils family left their small town life and journeyed to Dallas, Texas.
Growing up with an Italian Mother and a native Canadian father, Jessica was destined to become a chef. In 2004, Jessica graduated high school, and was off to the Texas Culinary Academy. There she studied the fine art of Le Cordon Bleu French cuisine and fell in love with the different flavor profiles and the science behind them. Graduating with honors in 2005, Jessica started her own culinary journey.
In 2010, Jessica took a sabbatical to step back and really search for her dream job. Late that year, Villa St. Clair provided her an opportunity to stage a few events. Jessica fell in love with Villa St. Clair, a wedding facility with a creative catering kitchen! In March 2011, Villa St. Clair called her and offered her a full-time position with the team. Jessica Chevrefils Bradley has been part of the Villa St. Clair family since Spring 2011, and loving every minute. Chef Kelsey and Sous Jessica are the perfect culinary partners, working seamlessly together from menu writing to the execution of amazing dishes in the kitchen.
Fun Fact: Jessica loves Villa St. Clair so much that she and her firefighter husband, Marcus, had their wedding here on 11-11-11!
