Hannah and Matt both felt that it just “clicked” between them on their first date. They bonded over their mutual journey through sobriety and after a long night of going to Chuy’s, attending a 12-step meeting and talking for over 4 hours after the event, they both knew that their connection was going to turn into something real.
It wasn’t long before Matt was planning to propose to Hannah. As Hannah was driving to the new house they were going to buy together in order to get it inspected, Matt was there waiting patiently to pop the question. After completing the walk-through the inspector asked if they had any more questions, and Matt responded by saying that he had just one more. From there, he got down on one knee and asked Hannah to marry him!
The couple decided to get married at an intimate ceremony in June 2019 and then celebrate with friends and family at a larger event later on at Villa St. Clair in Austin, TX. They wanted to keep the vibe of their nuptials natural and organic, so they decided to imbue their romantic winter event with warm jewel tones throughout the decor at the wedding venue. Check out the images below to see how Kim, Emily and Kelsey at Villa St. Clair helped them to realize their dream winter wedding ceremony—congrats to the gorgeous couple!
