Kim Sinclair is a third-generation event professional. With two decades of event planning experience, Kim’s accomplishments include stunning weddings, spectacular corporate events and conventions.

Kim’s desire to stay on the cutting edge of event design finds her traveling nationwide to further her education. In 2009, Kim took the next step and opened her own special events venue, Villa St. Clair. She designed and built Villa St. Clair specifically for weddings. Kim has assembled a dynamic and multi-talented team of planners, designers, florists and chefs at Villa St. Clair to cater to your every need. Kim and the staff of Villa St. Clair are well known for creating uniquely-beautiful and awesomely-fun weddings.

Rebekah Voelker is currently serving as the “office girl” at Villa St. Clair. She been with Villa St. Clair since before it was officially open. Over the past 7 years, Rebekah has done almost every job there is around here…sales, event planning, wedding coordinating, floral design, kitchen help, staff manager, gardener, janitor, etc. Her wide and varied skill set make her a valuable part of the Villa…
St. Clair team. Rebekah was one of the main event planners until the birth of her oldest daughter 3.5 years ago. At that time, she decided to work part-time so that she could be at home more with her daughter. Even though Rebekah does not always get to know every bride and groom personally, she is always there behind the scenes making sure their wedding goes off just the way they want it to. Rebekah is very passionate about making sure all of our couples are happy! Rebekah’s personal style is very simple and classic; but she loves creating weddings which reflect the couple’s style where she gets to do so many unique, fun and different things.
When Rebekah is not at work, she loves to spend time with her husband and three children, exercise, decorate her home and go to the movies! Her family is very involved at their church. She loves entertaining and spending time with her friends.

As a young child, Emily showed a flair for the creative arts. She pursued many outlets including painting, drawing, and sewing and always had multiple projects going.
While pursuing her degree at Texas A&M University, Emily worked in the Soil and Crop Sciences department… This experience helped her gain a wealth of knowledge and cultivate an interest in plants and flowers.
At every turn in life, Emily’s creative side shines through. In her professional life, Emily strives to create lasting relationships with clients which have led her to much success. Her inventive mind and love of flowers make her a perfect fit for Villa St. Clair. Making the client’s vision a reality brings her joy and is always her first priority.
In her spare time, Emily enjoys being active, gardening, crafts, playing with her dog, exploring the outdoors, and antique hunting/junking.

Born in Austin, Kelsey is the third of five children. At the age of five, her family moved to “the country” outside of Austin where she enjoyed raising livestock & growing food in their garden.
Kelsey loves to create memorable and unique events for her clients. She believes that no two weddings should… be the same and is always coming up with new and exciting ideas ways to incorporate each couple’s style into their wedding day. She is creatively minded and can handle anything from large-scale installations down to minute details.
Kelsey takes her love of making events special into her personal life as well. Kelsey loves a theme so any kind of party, dinner, or shower that she is involved in is always flawlessly executed and effortlessly chic.
When she isn’t throwing fabulous events for clients or friends Kelsey likes to entertain at her home in Pflugerville. She enjoys her weekly volleyball league and exploring Austin’s ever-growing food and beverage scene.
With a Le Cordon Bleu education in fine French cuisine and a background in event catering and management, Kelsey takes her passion and experience and creates unique, timeless, and elegant events for her clients.

Jessica is a native French Canadian turned Texan. She and her family moved to Dallas, Texas in 1997 to start a new chapter in their lives. Now Jessica resides in Austin, Texas with her Firefighter husband, Marcus, their 2 boys, Miles and Silas, and her family dog, a giant schnauzer named Lucy. Something you will hear Jessica say often is “I love, LOVE! My favorite part of my job is being in a room bursting with love; that’s what weddings, are a celebration of LOVE!”
Jessica has been working in the wedding industry for over ten years. From sous chef to event coordinator to wedding planner, Jessica has experience and passion in all aspects of her craft. She is eager to put your vision into reality and honored to be part of your LOVE story.
